hello Team,
we want to change my current domain for newspaper theme, we buy this theme February 2019, can I change the domain, if yes how we activate it for new domain

Hello !
If the first project is not longer use the theme or you have a new license all you need to do is to install the theme and activate it on the new domain.
Also please make sure that all the settings are like in our requirements, please follow the guide carefully
