Login box not validate username e password
I tryto login with my administrator account but i have received thi response
wrong username or password
the same user e password login me by http://www.site.it/wp-login.php

any solution?

Hi,

If I understand correctly, the problem you have is that you con not login from your website using the sign/login element;

Please make sure that all the settings are as in our requirements, please follow the guide carefully
– https://tagdiv.com/newspaper-theme-requirements/
and please increase all requirements that are lower, and follow all steps.

This can be a plugin conflict, please make sure that you do not have a plugin conflict, please deactivate all non theme plugins, also if you are using child theme or cache plugin, please deactivate them, clear all cache and try again.

Hi,

Please delete the theme with all the plugins and reinstall the theme via FTP way according to our documentation from here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/newsmag-install-via-ftp/
