I suggest you to remove https://nullfud.com/wp-content/themes/Newspaper on search console, after that add this to your robot.txt:
User-agent: *
Disallow: /wp-admin/
Disallow: /wp-content/themes/Newspaper/
Allow: /wp-admin/admin-ajax.php
User-Agent: Googlebot
Allow: *.js
Allow: *.css

That is the theme folder. There would be no reason for Google to access those URLs, from what I can find online
