WPBakery Visual Composer isn't working.

Hi there,

The WPBakery Visual Composer plugin isn’t working on all of my pages.
I can see the plugin when I open a page on the backend but it won’t show any content, I can’t add anything or change anything.

Any help?

Hi,

Please ensure that you are using the plugin version which is tested with the theme and which come bundled with it. (WP Bakery 6.0.2) This plugin is tested and should work as expected. Also, ensure that you have correctly installed the theme via FTP way according to our documentation from here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/install-via-ftp/ and also, the system status parameters are correctly increased from here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/system-status-parameters-guide/ If the problem is still there, please send us an email at cotnact@tagdiv.com with your log-in information (wp-admin) so we can further investigate it closer your setup page.

Hi,

Here are the theme and plugin versions:
Newsmag 2.3.5
Visual Composer 4.9

This is probably causing the problem, right?
How can I update them? It’s not showing that any updates are required.

Please update the theme to the latest version of it and download the last theme packet from your Envato Market account.
