Yes, you can achieve that using tagDiv Composer, all you need to do is to set the layout of row in 3 empty column -> https://www.screencast.com/t/5bwDe1xdmwJA after that set the elements/blocks in them; add a widget sidebar element with the composer – http://prntscr.com/n9g3c3 – http://prntscr.com/n9g3fu and select the desired sidebar.

You can chose each sidebar to show on article, and if you want to make sidebars for post as the one for the pages you can get a single post template from tagDiv Cloud Library and edit it
