Hi I have installed Newsmeg 4.9, bu today suddnely all the operation in the themepoanel not working. Ithought it should be a catching problem, but I disabled all the catche software and delete the catch, still not applying any change.

Please ensure that your theme was correctly installed via FTP way, according to our documentation from here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/newsmag-install-via-ftp/, check all the system status requirements from here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/newsmag-requirements-for-newsmag/ Also, remove all of the untested plugins which might interact with the theme core files, clear all the caches, purge CDN files and check the results. If the problem is still there, please send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com with your log-in information (wp-admin) so we can further investigate it closer your setup page.
