Updated theme, site no longer working

Hello,

We updated our theme today and now the site is a mess. Everything is where it should be on the back end but not displaying properly.

Any ideas?

Hi,

Ensure that you have correctly installed the theme via FTP way according to our documentation from here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/newsmag-install-via-ftp/ Also, if you are using the child theme, please switch to the main theme because we do not recommend using the child theme because it might break the theme functionality. Also, remove all of the untested plugins, clear all the caches, purge CDN files and check the results. For more investigation, please provide your website URL.

Thanks for replying! We were using a child theme and I went ahead and switched to the main theme not long after posting this message. Fixed everything immediately!
