Generally, It happen after published a new post but it get fixed when I refresh the page

Hi,
This problem can be from some plugins, please deactivate all non theme plugins and child theme ( if you are using ), clear all cache, deactivate the cache plugin and try again.
Also please make sure that all the settings are like in our requirements, please follow the guide carefully

and please increase all requirements that are lower, and follow all steps.
If there is still a problem, please provide me a link to your website where I can inspect this problem.
