WPBakery backend element settings not working

I do not see any settings when I click the edit button for each of the elements. I troubleshooted the browser and shows the same thing for Chrome, Firefox, Edge and Brave.

Wordpress 5.2.2
WPBakery 6.0.3
Newspaper Child Theme: 9.0c

Hi,

I have seen this in a few cases, it is happening because of the new WPBakery update 6.0.3.

We recommend to not update the plugin where possible (purchased premium plugin) until we include the update along theme updates

The version of WPBakery currently included in the latest theme package is 6.0.2. Please try to use this version and there should be no problem. Let us know if you have more questions.

Where do I download the previous version? I don’t see the plugin in the newspaper.zip file
