What dies this error message mean?

First please make sure that the theme was install as in our guide -> https://tagdiv.com/how-to-install-newspaper-theme/
Please make sure that all the settings are like in our requirements, usually this problem can appear from a low WP_MEMORY_LIMIT , please follow the guide carefully

and please increase all requirements that are lower, and follow all steps.

Whatever the result of my research into the state of my website in relation to your theme requirements may be, why would it change now after 3 years?
I’ve had the same server (settings) for that period of time.

If you are using the last version of the theme ( Newspaper v9.7.4) and and you have other non theme plugins that were updated is possible that the requirements of the theme that you have set to not longer be enough.
