See the theme docs under “page speed,” as well as the sticky topic at top of the forum.

Hi,

Make sure you use just the theme’s recommended plugins as using this guide won’t guarantee that this will fix this issues for all plugins and remove this from Google’s page speed insights.
You can use our tagdiv speed booster plugin for your page speed and use this guide to find out how to make your site faster: https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-make-the-site-faster/
You can also follow this topic to find out how others fixed their issues regarding pagespeed: https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/pagespeed/

Thanks

Hello bro can you please tell me whats the issue in http://www.movzio.com the load time is 12sec average 🙁

12 seconds is awful. Best bet is to test one of your post pages with GTMetrix.com and pay close attention to the “server” section on stuff you need to address on server side.

see test

Page load time: 10.61s
Total page size: 2.59MB
Total number of requests: 151

You need to do the things mentioned in the pagespeed sticky topic here, such as setup browser caching/expiration headers. You need to setup gzip/deflate on your server.

That’s covered in the pagspeed topics in this forum. You will need to contact your service provider to ask them how to setup your site properly. Nothing to do with the theme.

You have numerous elements loading with missing images (!).

Lots and lots of problems. Look at above report and start fixing them.

i have a windows azure and i create the WIndows server 2012 Vm and install xampp 🙂 so this is the server issue or my xampp configuration are incorrect?

Have no idea. You should contact your hosting provider and make sure you have the gzip/deflate or comparable running as well as figure out how to add expiration headers. There is some help for that on the GTMetrix site. My only experience the past 20 years has been with Apache based Linux systems, so can’t help with Windows setup at all.

You might look online for some help on how to optimize a Windows server platform for WordPress, as your issues are with WordPress optimization in general and NOT with the theme. Meaning, you need to spend the time to educate yourself on optimizing your system for running WordPress at all before you even worry about the theme setup or design issues.

Read through the PageSpeed sticky topic for various solutions to things like optimizing your CSS by minification, image compression, local saving of avatars vs loading gravatars dynamically, etc.

Also remember score will be lower with adsense ads running and social media buttons that show counts, as well as thinkgs like disqus. To get your real score you need to NOT run any ads from google as they penalize their own content for purposes of score.

YSLOW only improves using CDN.

Buy if you follow the suggestions I’ve posted in the PageSpeed topic, as needed modified for your setup, and then follow the suggestions/solutions from GTMetrix, a “90” score or above for desktop is the “target” to shoot for.
