Page speed is not determined only by the theme, there are other factors like hosting, content, plugins and so on. You should take them step by step and see where you can improve.

when i deactive theme plugin it is affected my website.

Theme plugins are required in order to benefit from the full features from the Newspaper Theme. I meant to check if you have unused plugins and delete them.

AMP is only for mobile devices. In order to activate it you will need to install AMP plugin and you can use it with the tagDiv Mobile Theme.
Mobile theme has a different non-editable design. The Mobile theme was specially designed for optimization on mobile devices. Unfortunately on mobile theme you cannot do much changes of design. If you want to have the same design as on desktop mode you can achieve that by simply disabling the mobile theme.
You can find the plugins in Dashboard – Newspaper – Plugins.
