TAGDIV Composer not loading

Hi,

When I click to go in Tagdiv Composer, the page doesn’t loads and I see this grey message

This page isn’t working http://www.boletera.com didn’t send any data.
ERR_EMPTY_RESPONSE

Would this be a hosting limitation like define( ‘WP_MEMORY_LIMIT’, ‘256M’ );? If so, that line of code is not in that file

Please disable WP Bakery plugin and let me know if that fixed the issue !

¡Hola!

I did that and nothing happened, it was still not rendering the page. I’m assuming for me to be able to edit a grid like shown in documentation I’m gonna have to use TagDiv Composer.

Hello !

Please make sure that you do not have a plugin conflict, please deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv Composer, also if you are using child theme or cache plugin, deactivate them, clear all cache and try again.
