Hi,
Every time that I go to customise my settings, it will not save the changes, I need to change everything from the name of the website to the site identity.

Please make sure that all the settings are like in our requirements, please follow the guide carefully

and please increase all requirements that are lower, and follow all steps.
WP_MEMORY_LIMIT try to increase it at least to 256mb.
