Hello,
Is there any setting on the theme that can enable Post Ratings Stars, so the readers can rate the posts?
If not can you suggest me a plugin that works with the theme?

Unfortunately this option is not available with Newspaper Theme. Also we have not made any tests with a plugin. If you plan on using one we do recommend creating a backup of your website first.
