The Mobile theme was specially designed for optimization on mobile devices. Unfortunately on mobile theme you cannot do much changes of design. If you want to have the same design as on desktop mode you can achieve that by simply disabling the mobile theme. The latest articles is a part of the design so you cannot edit it.
Unfortunately you cannot have the design you want. If you disable the mobile theme you will have the same layout as on desktop.

On your demo page it loads like on desktop version. On my installation it loads just last posts. So how can I disable mobile theme and show all the same blocks as on desktop version?
Even the menu is not working from phone like it is on your demo page.

On our demo the Mobile theme is not active. You can simply deactivate the Mobile Theme plugin and you will have the same layout.

All blocks on top are editable but everything starting from latest articles cant be modified by TO composer

I pressume you mean the part wich includes the latest articles section. That one comes from the page building so you will have to edit the page in order to have that removed so you can edit it using the composer: https://www.screencast.com/t/uzXRgXTiHlH Also the sidebar from the bottom of the page comes from the widget section wich can be edited by going to Appearance – Widgets

Right now it is showing 9 posts per page, where I can change this setting to increase amount of posts per page?
