Hi,
When I try to “Add new” cloud template I have been getting the error message “Failed to contact the templates API server.” since last night. can you please advise?
Also, is there a way that a photo caption can be displayed on the featured image on the post template? I am using one of the single post cloud templates (don’t know the number as I renamed it).

Please make sure that all the settings are like in our requirements, please follow the guide carefully

and please increase all requirements that are lower, and follow all steps.
Make sure that the php version is 7.1 or 7.2 not 7.3 also make sure that the wp-memory is at list 256MB.

I can confirm that the server is running those requirements.
In the past few weeks I was able to access the Cloud Templates. and I have installed and am using two Cloud templates. But I can no longer access the server.
I’ve confirmed with my server provider that their server config has not changed.
Today, the error message has changed to: “Invalid reply from server endpoint.”
Is there another option?
