Hi, I have the licence of this theme and green squares in system status. But I am unable to make any changes via the Theme Panel. Every time I click “Save Settings” button, it keeps spinning and won’t update. I did download it again and reinstalled and still the same. What can i do? .

Please make sure that you do not have a plugin conflict or a custom code that provide this problem. Please deactivate all non theme plugins, also if you are using child theme or cache plugin, please deactivate them, clear all cache and try again.
Please make sure that all the settings are like in our requirements, please follow the guide carefully

and please increase all requirements that are lower, and follow all steps.
WP_MEMORY_LIMIT try to increase it at least to 256mb.
Also it could be a security setting, module or firewall, as in this case where the theme panel was not saving any settings
