Newspaper is running the the_content filter twice with the cloud templates. Which causes ads (ad inserter) to appear two times. The theme is practically breaking any plugin that uses the_content filter.

In the inspect view I see:

Unfortunately we didn’t tested the ad inserter plugin with our theme, therefore we can not say for sure if this will work correctly with our theme or not, sorry!! Also, we cannot provide support for untested plugins -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/support-policy-2/ , for this you’ll need custom work.

That is not the issue, only an example to understand the issue better. The problem is that the the_content filter is called twice, instead of once.
As a result, multiple users experience problems (example: https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/issue-with-advanced-ads/ ). These plugins are not the problem, but newspaper is.
So to be clear: I don’t ask to verify the correct behaviour of ad inserter, but I report an issue with the newspaper template. In this case when I use the cloud template functionality.

From my investigation, this “issue” appear only if you are using some ads plugin, if you set the ads code directly in single post template -> http://prntscr.com/pga4r3 or in ad box, then the ad is not duplicate -> http://prntscr.com/pga5ds -> http://prntscr.com/pga5ge

What is exactly your point? Of course only certain plugins suffer from this, because it is something wrong in the template. If a certain plugin doesn’t use this wordpress function it doesn’t “suffer” from this. It is not an issue with specific plugins. It is likely caused by tagDiv Composer not following “best practice” for WordPress plugin development.
Is it possible that a developer gives his / her opinion on this subject?

The problem seems to be related to tagDiv Cloud Library and sometimes on footer page, so our developers are trying to separate the format of clod header from the post content, in this way the problem will be solved, unfortunately for the moment this is not available in current version of Newspaper, sorry!
