When I hit refresh, the menu will always expand then shrink back to normal. Why does this happen?

Please make sure that all the settings are like in our requirements, please follow the guide carefully

and please increase all requirements that are lower, and follow all steps.
Please make sure that you do not have a plugin conflict with untested plugins, please deactivate all non theme/tested plugins, also if you are using child theme, clear all cache and try again.

I just check the requirement with my host and all of the requirement is met.
I tried actived only ‘tagdiv cloud library’ and ‘tagdiv composer’ but the bug still there.
Any clue?

Are you using any CSS or JS optimization plugins? Would it be possible to temporarily deactivate them, then clear the cache? Check if that solves the problem. Let me know.

As I told you, I tried deactived all of the plugin except the plugin from Newspaper and the bug still there.
Or do I need to wait for an hour before test the bug after deactivating? (but normally, when I deactivated plugin, the effect of that plugin seem to always suddenly disappear)
For plugin, I do use WP rocket for CSS and JS optimization. Here is the list of every plugin.
