Changes are not saved for logos, footer texts, etc

Hello,

I tried to change the logo (uploaded a new logo, saved) but it wasn’t saved.
Same thing happened with the footer text I edited, it wasn’t saved (I edited the text, saved Settings, cleared cache, refreshed), nothing changed.

I consulted with my hosting provider. Everything is up to date.
They think it could be something else.

The hosting provider said changes were made in the back end, but didn’t show on the front end. So they said it could be something with the theme.
