i cant use cloud layouts in newspaper theme 10

hi I cant use the layouts if I click on import section the pop-up screen is coming back of the layout if I close the section the pop up also closing i can’t access to click on yes button is there any solution for that

Hi,

Please make sure that you do not have a plugin conflict with untested plugins, please deactivate all non theme/tested plugins, also if you are using child theme, clear all cache and try again.
Please make sure that all the settings are like in our requirements, please follow the guide carefully

and please increase all requirements that are lower, and follow all steps.

ya I have done when we editing we select the template the pop up to click on yes it not coming up it going behind the template selection tab if I close one tab means both tabs all are closing can you help on that
