Hello. I am trying to load the pre developed templates from the cloud, but when i try to import, it stuck there and nothing happened, then i click on import, then nothing happend, the front screen stayed there, and nothing happened. check the link for image.

& also please check my profile, i see the product key is showing as a username. I dnt know how this happened đ

Please make sure that you do not have a plugin conflict, please deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv ones, also if you are using child theme or cache plugin, deactivate them, clear all cache and try again. We have tested this option on our end and everything worked out fine.
Make sure that you have accomplished all the system requirements as in our documentation here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/requirements-for-newspaper/
