Page speed insight for minified files

Dear Tagdiv,
we are using SuperCache and Fast Velocity Minify.

When running page speed insight>
Remove unused CSS 0.44 s
for … /header-06f201bc.min.css

Eliminate render-blocking resources 0.28 s
for … …out/header-06f201bc.min.css 177 KB 710 ms
…out/header-826b5626.min.js 76 KB 590 ms

What would be your recommendation?
