Post templates aren't working

Post templates aren’t working, when i click on a post template, it just scrolls up to the page automatically with no effect. I am unable to select diff post templates. Please help.

Hi,

Please make sure that you have the latest version of Newspaper them v10.2 and WordPress 5.3
Please make sure that you do not have a plugin conflict, please deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv Composer, also if you are using child theme or cache plugin, deactivate them, clear all cache and try again.
Please make sure that all the settings are like in our requirements, please follow the guide carefully

and please increase all requirements that are lower, and follow all steps.
