When I change the template Newspaper-Theme Panel-Template Settings- WordPress Templates-Blog and Posts Template- Article Display View, I update and when I look at the website it looks fine. When I close the website and reload it the change is not there

Please make sure that you are using the latest version of the theme ( v10.2) and WordPress, also if you are using cache plugin, please clear all cache after you make some changes in theme panel or with tagDiv Composer.
If the problem is still there, please provide some more details and some screenshots or a link were I can check this situation.
