Site is broken, cant update plugins or activate theme.

Hi,

My site with Newspaper is experiencing critical errors. I can’t update the plugins. Seems to be a Composer issue.

I tried deactivating Newspaper, deleting it and reinstalling it. After I try activating the theme again I get this:

“There has been a critical error on your website. Please check your site admin email inbox for instructions.

And I get the email from WordPress with these error details:

WordPress version 5.3.2
Current theme: Newspaper (version 10.2)
Current plugin: tagDiv Composer (version 2.5 | built on 06.11.2019 10:33)
PHP version 7.2.26-1+ubuntu16.04.1+deb.sury.org+1
