I understand it’s important to duplicate pages and posts and use those, not demo pages as my content, since demo content will be deleted on theme change or uninstall. Is the same true for MENUS and CATEGORIES? Or can I change the menu and category names to mine without fear of them being deleted on theme change? Thanks! – Landon

Hi,
All that is coming from a demo will be remove when you’ll change that demo or remove it, therefor you’ll need to change your own menu and categories, in this way you’ll be sure that you”ll not lose them.
