Hi,
my site/content language is set to:

<!doctype html >
<!–[if IE 8]> <html class=”ie8″ lang=”en”> <![endif]–>
<!–[if IE 9]> <html class=”ie9″ lang=”en”> <![endif]–>
<!–[if gt IE 8]><!–> <html lang=”en-US”> <!–<![endif]–>
<head>

but my site is in Hindi language, so I need to change my site or content language to hindi
how can I do that? Please help me out.
