Hello,
Content in my site is in other language than English, ie in Hindi…but html lang is set to English US

How can I set html lang to Hindi, <html lang=”hi”>

That is a markup for internet explorer but if you want to change it you will need to edit theme code as you can see it here: https://www.screencast.com/t/Zsi4FCjGhWvo
There are 3 files that require editing as you can see above.
Please note that this is not covered by the theme support.
