The site goes down every 10 minutes unless you turn on the WP rocket. The load of the topic is very heavy. TTFB is very long. And it’s clearly not the server’s fault. The site is on a dedicated server.

In most of the cases, this problem is caused by some plugins.
Also make sure that you have the latest version of Newspaper theme (v10.2) also in few days it will be a theme update.
Please make sure that all the settings are like in our requirements, please follow the guide carefully

and please increase all requirements that are lower, and follow all steps.
Also there is one more thing that you can do, make copy of your website on localhost and try there to see if the problem persist.
