AMP version is invalid

Hi How to fix please tell me Sir
After updating theme and installing AMP and AMP for mobile
Also activate the amp from mobile theme ->

Now Google search console shows AMP error on all pages. It shows –
Linked AMP version is invalid
A mandatory AMP HTML tag is missing from this document.

I test it on Google AMP Test and here is the result-
