I am getting an http error with TD Cloud Library

Warning: getimagesize(https://alfredoalvarez.mx/wp-content/uploads/2019/08/alfredoalvarez.mx-logo2.png): failed to open stream: HTTP request failed! HTTP/1.0 404 Not Found in /home/ilolfemy/public_html/wp-content/plugins/td-cloud-library/shortcodes/header/tdb_header_logo.php on line 782. Can anyone help me as to why this is happening?

Hi,

Please make sure that tagDiv Composer and tagDiv Cloud library are activate.
Please make sure that all the settings are like in our requirements, please follow the guide carefully – https://forum.tagdiv.com/requirements-for-newspaper/
and please increase all requirements that are lower, and follow all steps.

If there is still a problem, you can send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide admin login, as well as cPanel or FTP if possible. We will take a look. Include a link to this topic in the email.
