Header not working since update

Hi

My headers aren’t working since the update. On the desktop it isn’t aligned properly and looks over stretched. Originally the site name was vertical not horizontal.

On the sticky desktop the site name was horizontal. This header isn’t working properly either.

On the mobile the header isn’t sized properly and the menu doesn’t work.

I have re downloaded the theme and have uploaded it, but this doesn’t seem to have made a difference.

The theme says it has the back up and test style sheets missing.

Please help as soon as possible.

When viewed on a phone the header is just a blank black box.

I have contacted via email, I sent an update on Saturday. Can someone get back to me in regards the update? I feel like it’s almost fixed but I need more support.
