Td Cloud loader library is not opening

Hi,

Please make sure that all the settings are like in our requirements, please follow the guide carefully

and please increase all requirements that are lower, and follow all steps.
Also if the problem persist, please provide some more details and screenshots. Also this is happen only on on header, are you able to import a new one to edit it.
