Hello,
Currently all thumbnails are scaling the image up, where can we go to change the size of the image that is being used on the thumbnails. Here is the site

Hi,
The thumbs are set in theme panel -> https://i.imgur.com/88q5ZWY.png from here you can disable the thumbs you do not use.
Also if you are using flex blocks, you can choose the thumb that you want to use -> https://imgur.com/9eZ0pJe
