Error establishing a database connection

Hello i m getting Error establishing a database connection,
I purchased one license through theme forest.

Whenever i upload thame i m getting this message.

Hi,

Please make sure that all the settings are like in our requirements, please follow the guide carefully

and please increase all requirements that are lower, and follow all steps.

Please make sure that you do not have a plugin conflict, please deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv plugins, also if you are using child theme or cache plugin, deactivate them, also if you are using Cloudflare (CDN), make sure that is set as in our guide from here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/cloudflare-cdn/ clear all cache and deactivate the cache plugins, after that check again.
