The images do not appear on the website where I install your theme

The images are not show in the homepage because you do not have set and featured image on your posts, please set theme as i our documentation from here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/featured-image-or-video/ also I see that you have a plugin conflict on posts -> https://i.imgur.com/HIjaDK8.png, it could be a conflict with WPBakery plugin.Please deactivate the WPBakery and check the results!

As I can see now the the images are appearing on your website -> https://i.imgur.com/Qe9eXER.jpg also the caption on images is displaying -> https://i.imgur.com/7MJvhdZ.png if you want to display it for featured image too you need to edit the single post template from tagDiv Cloud Library with tagDiv Compeer and make sure that the option for caption is not checked -> https://i.imgur.com/DvWbqtE.png
To set a featured video, make sure that you are setting the featured video as in our documentation from here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/featured-image-or-video/ -> https://i.imgur.com/emGlJb1.png after you publish the featured image will be generate, in order to see it in backend, you’ll need to refresh the page -> https://i.imgur.com/xfdeUsu.png -> https://i.imgur.com/rahrHGy.png -> https://i.imgur.com/LcFJZYN.png also I just checked with a video from Facebook and this is working in the same way -> https://i.imgur.com/65Z7luD.png set the video, publish/update and refresh the page -> https://i.imgur.com/qQg18G8.png
