I’m using TD Composer. I want to have a header with a logo on the left margin and the menu links centered.
I go into your Manager. When the box opens it says Website Manager at the top. In the box it says Header and below that choose header template. Header Template 15 appears in the drop down menu along with Global Template and No header.
So, I select Header Template 15. And, a header with main menu links appears near the top of the website page. But, there’s no logo. So, I go to the theme panel and try to upload a logo.
After uploading the file and clicking save, it won’t save. A “spinning” square appears. The issue never resolves after several minutes. I have to back out of the screen. I’ve tried uploading and saving various sizes of logos. It doesn’t work.
I’ve tried to make other changes to the theme panel and they don’t save.

Please notice that if you are using cloud templates from tagDiv Cloud library, these will not be affected by the settings from theme panel, you’ll need to make the setting on theme using tagDiv Composer, the theme panel will apply only on standard templates and demos, not on cloud templates and pro demos.

Also if in theme panel the “spinning” square that appears is continue spinning, usually this issue is related to a firewall or security module which blocks admin-ajax.php request. Please verify the console for error while saving the settings on the Theme Panel, usually it displays a 403 or 404 error, if you have these errors, you will have to contact your host and let them know that your admin-ajax.php is blocked either by firewall or the security settings.
If you don’t use a security plugin, please ask your host about this, maybe you have a security module which blocks this.
If you use a plugin like Wordfence please set it in learning mode.

Then, in the view for mobile header, the Newspaper name appears where the logo should appear. How is that changed?
Is there any documentation or clear directions for the use of this Manager function?

Make sure that you are changing the logo from mobile device using tagDiv Composer -> https://i.imgur.com/8pfEaze.png if here the logo is set then I think that you are using the mobile theme plugin and to change the logo on it you can do it from theme panel -> https://i.imgur.com/XnP7fLq.png
