Sir, I have just installed the Newspaper 10.3.1 ( newest) version, after installing the theme, the “save settings” button is not working, I have clicked on the social icons button several times but it is not working, similarly the sub footer background color is also not changing. there are also so many other problems in save setting.

Please make sure that you have accomplished all the system requirements as in our documentation here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/requirements-for-newspaper/
Please make sure that you do not have a plugin conflict, please deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv ones, also if you are using child theme or cache plugin, deactivate them, clear all cache and try again.

Sir I had bought the theme (NEWSPAPER X) a few months ago, which was running perfectly, but a few days ago I got an email that a new version of the theme (Newspaper 10.3.1 version) has come, which I downloaded and deleted the old version Installed the new version, after this the “Save Settings” button has a problem, the theme is not able to get custom settings, by clicking the “Save Settings” button again and again, some changes are being made. But the social icon button is not showing at all (on footer – FOLLOW US).
Can I do the old theme again which was working fine?
