also note that we take in order of time the topics ( time when was post the question ) and if you post/replay again in your topic the time will change and will be move to recent question, therefore the answer will be delay.
Please make sure that Disqus plugin is enable only on posts, if there is still a problem, make sure that you have the last theme version, Newspaper v10.3.2 and you do not have a plugin conflict, please deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv plugins, also if you are using child theme or cache plugin, deactivate them, clear all cache and try again.

In other post u suggest integration of disqus with this plugin, but it collides with TagDiv editor at my place too.

Unfortunately at the moment our developers have not integrated disqus in our tested plugins so we cannot provide support for untested pugins.
