I’ve read through multiple threads in this forum for this problem and can’t seem to find a solution. This is one of the most frustrating encounters I’ve had with a WordPress theme in a decade.
I’m editing my homepage through tagDiv (Using Pulse Pro imported layout). Adding and subtracting elements isn’t the problem (aside from removing empty columns). Getting anything I’ve worked on to save is almost impossible. I even just clicked saved without changing anything and it still wouldn’t even save that.
I’ve looked at the theme requirements. I’ve deactivated all plugins. Cleared my cache. Attempted to use WP Cache plugin but when I searched for it, it said it wasn’t supported. Made sure my WordPress and tagDiv plugins were all active and up to date.

Please make sure that all the settings are like in our requirements, please follow the guide carefully

and please increase all requirements that are lower, and follow all steps, make sure that this code is set in .htaccess -> https://i.imgur.com/NYhwCuE.png
Make sure that you do not have a plugin conflict, please deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv plugins, also if you are using child theme or cache plugin, deactivate them, clear all cache and try again.

I have deactivated the theme because it wasn’t working. Per my previous post, I have done all that you have listed.
I will review once again to make sure, but as of now, I am highly disappointed in the theme as I can’t seem to get past Composer not saving any information and deleting progress.

I have been in correspondence with someone via email. Actually, I received one reply. I responded with login information for someone to access the backend but have yet to receive a response.
I am still having issues with content not saving in Composer. I have followed all guidelines and don’t have any unnecessary plugins. I attempted to change the categories in a Flex 1 module and when I attempted to save, it just spins. When I checked my homepage—which now takes 30 seconds to load—the entire module is gone. When I open Composer, the module is visible. I cannot save anything in the content…anywhere. I can save changes made to my header. This is confusing, considering I was able to initially make changes and build the site.
This is the third Newspaper template I have used and built on in 5 days because I came to a standstill with Pulses and Styles. I am currently using Baby Pro.
I now have a big, vacant space in the middle of my site and I don’t know how to remedy this issue because nothing works. This is an absolute nightmare.
