The desktop theme and mobile theme for https://buddhanet.world are great and exactly how I want them.. please look at the mobile theme on your phone so you can see what I mean by it being different.
when resizing the browser window on desktop instead of showing the mobile header or even the proper desktop header as when in large window it shows another form of the black pro header which appears to be defaulted.
how do I fix this

The Mobile theme was specially designed for optimization on mobile devices. Unfortunately on mobile theme you cannot do much changes of design. If you want to have the same design as on desktop mode you can achieve that by simply disabling the mobile theme.
You will have to recreate your pages into the Mobile editor or completely disable the mobile theme. The mobile editor will not render shortcodes !
Also you can disable mobile theme on certain pages or posts by following this setting:

thats not wht im asking.. before adding the desktop header black pro it would show the mobile theme when resizing on desktop to smaller window.. i would like it to do that with the desktop header set to the blackpro.. please advise

i was able to resolve this issue, the problem was that i only edited the header view in desktop mode and not mobile within tagdiv. cheers
