Classic Editor or Gutenberg?.. Activated Gutenberg but can't see Formats button

I was using the Classic Editor (by using the plugin)

So for using Tagdiv, do I need to use the Gutenberg Editor with the Classic Paragraph option only?

I did endable Gutenberg (disabling the classic editor plugin) and I am trying to make buttons (https://forum.tagdiv.com/increase-users-engagement-add-custom-buttons-posts/) but I can’t seem to see the Formats in the Editing Icons that are displayed.. I see shortcodes but no Formats button

Please advise.

Thanks for the prompt response and update.. really appreciate it..:-)..

I got your point about the way to make buttons using Gutenberg but my point was that I could not see the Formats button as it’s shown on this screenshot on my wordpress.. Do I need to do something to get the FORMATS button?

Please note that gutenberg is not Newspaper Theme related. After a quick google search I’ve found this if it helps: https://gogutenberg.com/blocks/button/
