im having lots of page load issues with my website tvblackbox.com.au especially on mobile. The error log seems to be suggesting the problem is coming from the composer plugin. can someone help me please?

Hello, I just bought newspaper X, I had the demo newspaper 9 and I don’t get the update option, the question is if I use this update system https://tagdiv.com/update-newspaper-theme/
In wordpress what happens to the one I have, all the template modified, there is no option to save.
Will the template delete or respect me?
Or there is another method to avoid losing the modifications made in the News Magazine template.
I have had to disable the mobile theme plugin as this is the only way I could access content on mobile. I have never used the amp plugin. Help appreciated

Please make sure that all the settings are like in our requirements, please follow the guide carefully

and please increase all requirements that are lower, and follow all steps.
@ludyma for some users is possible to not appear the theme update in the theme if they change some demos (this was a bug and it is fixed now), for the moment you’ll need to make the update via FTP, this is the best way from the classic updates. All the settings made in theme panel and using tagDiv Composer are stored in database, therefore these will not be lost, only the changes made in them files will be lost
@kevinperry in most cases it is a plugin conflict, you need to check all the plugins, and if after this it sill a problem, we’ll investigate and try to fix it.
