Hi, I get a message saying “www……com” refused to connect when I click on “Tagdiv Composer” from the block-editor page. I was able to access it a few hours ago. Does it show up if someone on my team is already using it (logged into same account)? Let me know what the issue might be and how to resolve this so I can start to use Tagdiv Composer again. Thank you!

Hello !
Please make sure that you have accomplished all the system requirements as in our documentation here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/requirements-for-newspaper/
Please make sure that you do not have a plugin conflict, please deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv ones, also if you are using child theme or cache plugin, deactivate them, clear all cache and try again.
