Social counter Instagram not working

Good day!

I’m having difficulty in making the Instagram counter work.
When adding the Instagram user let’s say, ‘kfanaticsforevs‘, the counter is not showing but when I added ‘@kfanaticsforevs‘ or ‘/kfanaticsforevs‘ it worked but when clicking the button to redirect to the Instagram user, it says the user or page does not exist. Could you please check on that? Hoping for your quick response. Thanks.

Thanks for your reply.
I did try your suggestions but still not working.

I did remove and reconnected my Instagram account, purge all cache from site and my browser. I even tried to accessed the site in Incognito but still not working.

Same problem here: “Page does not exist” when clicking.

All good! For me it seems to be a cache issue after all. I purged all pages/cleared cache and now it works fine!

To be honest, I had cleared many times cache, uninstalled wp super cache, try to reset the settings of the cache, nothing better.
