Edit with TD Composer responded with a status of 404 (Not Found)

I just installed this theme but i just cant create or edit anything.
Every time i click on “Edit with TD Composer” i get an error 404 not found.

Console says this

Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 404 (Not Found)
wp-admin/post.php?post_id=3149&td_action=tdc&tdbTemplateType=page&prev_url=%2F%2Fdomain.com%2F

Only theme plugins needed are installed

And documentation site does not say anything about this error.

If i diactivate tagDiv Cloud Library it works ….

What should i have to do????
There are a lot of forum post about the same thing but the answer always was “send us admins credentials”

Hi,

Please make sure that you have the last version of theme, Newspaper v10.3.2
Please make sure that all the settings are like in our requirements, please follow the guide carefully
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/requirements-for-newspaper/
and please increase all requirements that are lower, and follow all steps.

If there is still a problem, you can send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide admin login, as well as cPanel. We will take a look. Include a link to this topic in the email.
