Hi,

If you want to use the mobile theme plugin make sure that you have enabled the mobile theme thumbs -> https://i.imgur.com/xvwyMQx.png also make sure that you do not have a plugin conflict.

Hi,

These thumbs can be enable from theme panel ->https://i.imgur.com/9Gvr8Hw.png ->https://i.imgur.com/qIxaMgm.png you just need to enable them.
