My current site uses the traditional Newspaper pro demo throughout for its’ design. But I’m interested in creating a separate design layout for my podcast posts (on the same site) using the this demo: https://demo.tagdiv.com/newspaper_podcasts/
Is there anyway possible to do something like this?

You can use tagDiv Cloud Library and import from there pages/sections templates for podcast posts and pages, in this way you’ll not need to install the demo and keep Newspaper pro demo, also you’ll achieve the same layout.
The cloud templates are editable using tagDiv Composer so you can change the layout and adjust it.

Would I be able to do something like this for a blog post? Or would I need to create it as if it was a page?

Unfortunately if you select the blog -> https://i.imgur.com/buWingM.png this will not look like this, you need to make a page and use it (do not set it as a blog/latest articles), if you want you can import that page or sections from tagDiv Cloud Library.
